A Dynamic (FORTRAN) programming system

چکیده

In recent years, ne,\x/ insights into the nature of programming languages have been obtained from the comparative study of natural and programming languages. These studies reveal that programming languages are deficient in their ability to adapt both to new requirements and new means for communicating thoughts. A means of alleviating these difficulties, through a dynamic, structured expansion of an established programming language (FORTRAN) is provided.
